1. Is ordering online secure?

A: Yes, we take extreme care of the information that you provide us when placing an order through our website or through our app. All the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff and we make sure that all of our employee up-to-date on our security and privacy policies.


2.  How do I place my order?

A: Once you finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the upper right corner of the screen and click on ‘Checkout’ bottom. You will then be transferred to our secure server .Follow the steps as below:


  1. If you're a new customer, click on continue from left side of the page or you can sign in with Facebook which is located below login.
  2. If you are a Returning Customer, login with your existing email ID and Password.
  3. Click to Checkout at the top right side of the page
  4. Kindly fill in your Billing details, Delivery details, Delivery method, payment method and click on Terms and Conditions and click on continue.
  5. Check your order summary and Click on confirm order to place the order.
  6. The order will be confirmed by an email and a phone call.


3:  How do I add items to my cart?

A: To add items to your cart, navigate the page of the item that you are interested in and then click on item, you can then enter quantity of the item that you would like to order using ‘Qty’. After you have entered a quantity click on ‘Add to cart’.

 

4. How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?

A: To view the contents of your cart, go to my cart and click on view cart. Once you click on that icon you can easily change the quantity of the item you want to purchase and update it. You can  also delete any item in your cart by clicking the ‘Remove’ check box to the right of that item .

 

5: How do I remove items from my cart?

A: First, click on the ‘View cart ’in the upper-right side of your screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the ‘Remove’ check box to the right of the item.

 

6. How will I know that you have received my order?

A:  After you complete the checkout process, you will receive  confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order including order details, payment address, shipping address.


7.What are the payment methods available?

A.You have two options for online payment. I.e. via Credit card/ Debit card and Cash on delivery.


8. Can I place an order by phone call?

A. Yes, you can place an order by phone. You should be aware about our terms and conditions.


9. What are the benefits of buying items GDS online?

A. Items on GDS online are of high quality with reasonable price checked from storage to transit, safe packaging and also comes along with fast delivery.


10. Is it necessary to log in account to shop on GDS?

A. Yes, it's necessary to log into your GDS account to shop.You'll be able to check out only if you are logged in.


11. Can I cancel order when it is placed ?

A. Yes you can cancel your order anytime before delivery from the store.


12. How do I cancel the order I have placed?

A. i. Goto your Account.

ii. View your order history.

iii. Choose the item you want to cancel and select Cancel.


13. Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order from GDS?

A. There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from GDS. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.


14. How quickly can i get my order?

A. We would deliver your order within 2 working days around Eastern Nepal. It may take 4-5 days if the delivery address in outside our business area.


15. What are the shipping charges?

A. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) in your order.


16. Which products are eligible for exchange?

A. Products which are broken, damaged or expired at the time of delivery can be exchanged. Also, if the delivered product is different in size, color or flavour than ordered product or incase wrong product has been shipped that does not match with your order.


17. Which products are not eligible for exchange?

A. Grocery items and liquors are not eligible for exchange.


18. What if I want to find information about the product that is not available in website?

A. Yes, we can find the product information for those special orders and can deliver it to you.


19. What about warranty or guarantee of the product that is listed in website ?

A. The warranty or guarantee of a product will be given accordingly if any is featured on our products specification.
